The static mixer is used to efficiently mix gas with liquid or two liquids after and is installed after the venturi injector, Ideal for making a perfect mixture of ozone in the water, ensuring a uniform mixture.

Compared with the traditional mixer, the static mixer has compact structure, no energy consumption, less investment, flexible operation and no maintenance.

The static mixer consists of mixing elements (blades) contained in a cylindrical housing (tube).

With only little fluid energy to be converted into mixed energy and through precisely designed blades, the fluid will enter the mixing tube and result in splitting, inverting, mixing and rectifier functions to achieve perfect dispersing and mixing purpose. As the streams move through the mixer, the inert elements continually mix the materials.

Complete mixing depends on several variables such as fluid properties, tube ID, number of elements and design.

The static mixer is an energy inefficient mixing equipment with several sizes available.
